I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor that specializes in working with men, individuals and couples.

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a strong ability to listen deeply and connect meaningfully with clients as I walk alongside their unique journeys of healing and self-discovery.

I’m often described as intuitive, empathetic, and non-judgmental - qualities that help create a safe and supportive space for you to speak openly and honestly. My approach is rooted in empathy, intuition, and a profound respect for the complexity of the human experience.

I work with teens, adults, seniors, and couples, offering support that is both personalized and heart centered. Together, we’ll explore the path forward, which may include EMDR, CBT, parts work, or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs.

While some of the deeper work will be yours to carry, I’ll be alongside you—offering guidance, reassurance, and gentle redirection as needed.

I spent much of my early career in Human Resources before transitioning into counselling which is the career that truly aligns with my passion and purpose. I hold Reiki Level 1 certification and have completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training and CBT training, along with numerous workshops focused on breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices.

I support individuals aged 14 and up who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, parental wounds, self-harm, grief, and trauma. I also work extensively with couples facing a wide range of issues. Whether you are looking to strengthen communication and intimacy, or working through the impacts of infidelity or addiction, I provide a compassionate and neutral space for healing and growth.
